Popiah (Bo-bee-a)

How have I not ever encountered these in my life. Really yum and on the healthier side of hawker centre food, popiah are a fresh spring roll originally from China and common in Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia (thanks Wikipedia). They're a crepe like case filled with steamed or stir fried grated turnip, sauce, lettuce, bean sprouts, peanuts, egg, and fried shallots (fillings depend on the vendor though). Such a winning combination of textures and flavours. They even get the ok from Becks, so we’re all winning really.
